Join us for a day of community tree planting in Hillyard!
As part of our SpoCanopy program in partnership with the City of Spokane, The Lands Council will be planting trees in the Hillyard neighborhood to grow Spokane’s urban forest and bring more shade, clean air, and beauty to the community.
Families and individuals of all ages are welcome. Tools will be provided, but please bring your own gloves, water bottle, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. We’ll have coffee on hand to kick off the morning, and lunch will be provided to registered volunteers.
