Campfire Stories: Lost and Found

  • Wildland Cooperative 8022 East Greenbluff Road Colbert, WA, 99005 United States (map)

How have you been lost and found in our public lands? Have you ever lost yourself staring at the towering walls of a river canyon? Have you ever turned a corner on the trail and discovered a majestic overlook?

It's time again to gather and share your tales of our amazing public lands. Campfire Stories: Tales from Our Public Lands is an opportunity to come together and celebrate the diverse ways we engage with our shared lands.

Come gather and share stories of all the ways we have been lost and found—from getting turned around in Dishman Hills to feeling a bit lost in the world and then finding solace in our natural places. If you have a story about being lost and found, pitch it to The Lands Council.

Also, come meet other local organizations that work to conserve, educate, and improve access to our public lands. Join us around the campfire on November 14th at 6:30 p.m. at Wildland Cooperative.
