Wander Wild: Beaver Walk

  • Liberty Lake Regional Park 3707 South Zephyr Road Liberty Lake, WA, 99019 United States (map)

Join The Lands Council's very own Public Lands Director, Adam Gebauer, for an educational morning walk along beaver habitat at Liberty Lake Regional Park. He will discuss all things beaver habitat, their adaptations, using beaver as an ecological restoration tool, and more. We will provide insight into why beavers are so important on our landscape and to our regional water quality and how you can personally help monitor beaver activity in our region! During our meandering stroll along wetlands, we might even see signs of beaver and will be stopping along the way at multiple points to discuss these amazing animals. We hope to see you there!

Liberty Lake Regional Park requires a paid parking pass ($2). Please bring water and a snack!
