Wander Wild: Snow Science and Snowshoe Hike

  • The Lands Council 25 W Main Suite 222 Spokane (map)

Want to get outside this winter and learn about snow science or winter ecology? Join us at Mount Spokane as we hold a guided hike up Mount Spokane! We'll teach a bit about wildlife, winter recreation, and our snow pack (and what it means for our water). Snowshoes are provided, transportation and the Sno-Park Permit are not. Hope you are able to join us!

We will be providing snowshoes for adults only. While families are welcome to attend, we cannot provide child-specific snowshoes and would like to remind all participants that this is a moderately challenging outdoor experience. You should dress warmly in layers that can be removed, bring plenty of water and snacks and come ready to learn all about snow!
