The U.S. Pacific Northwest shares some of its challenges—like those related to aquatic ecosystems, forest management, and community health—with other communities around the world. Learn about women-led innovations poised to address these challenges during The Innovation Station: Pacific Northwest, a virtual event on September 23, 2021, from 1:00-3:00 PM Eastern Time. Audience members will meet U.S. and international innovators who are developing game-changing, translatable solutions that are turning these challenges into opportunities.
Through The Innovation Station, the Secretary's Office of Global Women’s Issues (S/GWI) at the U.S. Department of State amplifies women innovators developing solutions to climate-related challenges and builds relationships between those innovators and communities that could benefit from their work.
