On Earth Day 2022, we gathered at Comstock Park with the Spokane Parks Urban Forestry Department to plant native trees to mitigate the 2021 windstorm. The sun was shining and it was so wonderful to be able to join together and get our hands dirty! Around 40 volunteers (of all ages!) planted 35 pine, linden, serviceberry, sequoia, coffee trees on the south side of the tennis courts.
