We Need Your Input on Water Conservation

Reducing water waste, conserving water, and protecting our aquifer are all very important to preserve your Spokane River. Did you know that Spokane County residents, on average, use more water than 98% of the country?

With this and other City-specific data points in mind, the Spokane City Council is working with a group of citizen volunteers to update the City of Spokane’s Water Conservation Master Plan. Spokane residents have two opportunities to provide feedback:

  1. Take this online survey: The Spokane City Council wants to better understand Spokane residents’ water use habits and their attitudes toward potential water use interventions. Please take a moment to fill out this brief survey to tell us how you use water and how the City could better help you reduce water waste.

  2. Attend a Water Conservation Workshop conducted by the Water Resource Collaboration Group (WRCG). Register and learn more here.
